<title>Seeking legislative advocacy regarding AB 2751</title>

<description><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 14px;">We are seeking legislative advocacy regarding AB 2751, a well-intentioned but poorly crafted bill that would codify an employee’s ability to ignore workplace communications during non-working hours.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;"><br />SHRM/CalSHRM will be testifying against this bill when it is heard in the Assembly Labor and Employment Committee next Wednesday.
