About the Speaker

Mariaelena is an alumnus of Fielding Graduate University’s Evidence-Based Coaching Program in Personal Development and Organizational Leadership and holds a PCC coaching credential through the International Coach Federation (ICF).   Mariaelena is also an Instructor at the University of California Santa Barbara in the Human Resources Extension program and an Adjunct Faculty Member at Santa Barbara City College delivering classes in leadership and professional development.  Finally, she is a certified Emotional Intelligence Coach, Trainer, and Assessor.  

Mariaelena is a member of both SHRM and SBHRA.
