Benefits & Compensation Survey

In the past, the Benefits and Salary Surveys have been separate publications. Now, SBHRA offers a combined Benefits and Compensation Survey providing you with the latest local and regional rates of pay for over 195 jobs as well as trends and costs for employee benefit plans and programs. The combined survey is now a one-stop-shop!

Each year, results are published in September using data with a June 1 st effective date. We invite both member AND non-member companies to participate in the survey. SBHRA members who participate in the survey receive a FREE PDF copy of the results and participating non-members receive the survey at a discounted price!
