Join us for an engaging session with Eric Zackrison, Ph.D., in which he introduces you to the power of understanding differences in behavioral styles as a tool for better workplace relationships. Using the Interpersonal Dynamics Inventory (IDI) framework to identify the different ways people approach the world, you'll learn how to use it to achieve better leadership and more functional teams. You'll leave the session with tools you can apply to your own workplace right away.

About the Speaker

Eric Zackrison is an organizational development consultant and university professor based in Santa Barbara. After 25 years as a manager and restaurateur, he returned to school and gained his MBA and his Ph.D. in organizational communication. With a particular focus on the power of relationships as a base for successful leaders, teams, and organizations, he has helped a wide array of companies (both for and non-profit) become more successful.
